Are sessions in-person or virtual?I offer both options! In-person sessions are available in the Niagara region, and secure virtual sessions are available throughout Ontario.

How often do we meet?Most clients start with weekly sessions to create stability and build a strong foundation for growth. However, session frequency is flexible and can be adjusted based on your needs and the package you choose, ensuring you receive the right level of support at your own pace.

How flexible is the scheduling, especially for one-on-one sessions?We offer flexible scheduling for one-on-one sessions, including early mornings and later evenings, to accommodate working professionals and individuals with other responsibilities. While live attendance in group meetings is encouraged, all sessions are recorded and available for you to review at your convenience.

How do I know if I'm ready for this work?If you're reading this, part of you is already considering change. Readiness doesn't mean having it all figured out - it simply means being open to exploring new possibilities for healing. The free consultation helps us both determine if this is the right fit and timing.

Is this the same as therapy?While I incorporate therapeutic techniques, this is coaching focused on building practical skills and tools for recovery and regulation. If I believe you would benefit from additional therapeutic support, I'm happy to provide referrals.

Can I join if I'm currently in therapy or another recovery program?Yes, services from Resilient Light Wellness can complement other forms of therapy or recovery programs. We encourage open communication with your existing healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to your recovery.
